In order to continue our creative endeavours amidst a global pandemic, we have certain policies in place to keep you and our team safe. Our protocols have been derived from the provincial government’s policies regarding the film/television industry.
We will screen all crew and cast members daily with a health questionnaire provided electronically, including questions about symptoms and travel history. We will administer a contactless temperature check, workers will sanitize upon entering set.
On set we will have sanitation and hand-washing stations. Everyone on set is required to wear a mask and when possible, we will be enforcing social distancing.
We will look for filming locations where there is low traffic, washrooms available, and enough space to social distance. If using private property, the residents of the location will also be screened and protocols will be enforced. Equipment will be used primarily by one person and will be regularly cleaned.
Food will be pre-packaged and safely distributed. For people in front of the camera, we ask you to complete your own hair and makeup, with our instruction.
In terms of pre and post production, we will meet with our collaborators over Zoom and do all our preparation remotely. If anything is needed to be recorded, everyone must use their own equipment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
